Founder and CEO

Griffith David oversees corporate marketing, external affairs, franchise development and investor management. Griffith has over 15 years of experience and has worked with top organizations such as Intel, Yahoo across the US, Singapore and Finland. He holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird.

With a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird, Elizabeth Bowden David manages everything from planning to feedback. Elizabeth is passionate about food and with a life-long experience in creating delicious food, she strives to ensure customer satisfaction.

DAN DURKIN
Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer, Dan Durkin, has over 15 years of experience in creating, establishing and running multiple dining projects across the world. Dan is a trained chef and has worked alongside some of the biggest names in culinary arts. He oversees menu development and presentation as well as the day-to-day operations of all our outlets. Currently a resident of Bangalore, Dan is enthusiastic to create the best Mexican dining experience for Indian consumers.
